- To maintain the highest standards of service and event execution, all bookings at Cocody Restaurant & Bar are subject to the following cancellation terms: All payments made toward event bookings, including deposits, prepayments, and final balances, are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
- Once an event is confirmed and payment is received, the date is reserved exclusively for the client, and resources are allocated accordingly. Cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of all amounts paid.
- We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, as this policy allows us to continue delivering exceptional service, secure dedicated staff and vendors, and honor our commitment to other guests and partners. Designed by Winn Wittman and Nina Magon, Cocody Restaurant & Bar offers 9,000 square feet of space in Houston’s prestigious River Oaks district, with 7,000 sq. ft. of interior space and 2,000 sq. ft. of patio area, offering Art Deco and luxury, ideal for private events, corporate gatherings, brand activations, and social parties. It is also helmed by two of Texas’s only seven Maîtres Cuisiniers de France, making sure that every event is underscored by exceptional culinary artistry and hospitality excellence.
The venue features a main dining room, an intimate chef’s table, a cocktail bar, a wine cellar-inspired private room, a lounge, and a garden-style patio, perfect for chef-curated dinners, networking receptions, executive roundtables, al fresco celebrations, and elegant ceremonies.
