Rules of the space

Host rules

Christaz Place has the following venue rules and policies:

Booking and Payment
A non-refundable 50% retainer is required to secure your date
A $250 damage deposit is required, refundable within 7-10 business days after the event if there are no incidentals or damages
The remaining balance is due 14 days before the event
Accepted payment methods include Zelle, Credit/Debit Card, and Cashier's Check

Event Details
Clients can book the space with or without tables and chairs, with no change in rate
Extra hours can be purchased for setup and breakdown
Rates are subject to change based on US designated holidays

Walls.
No tacking on the walls.
Start and end time is strictly enforced.
No smoking in the building.
No cooking allowed in the building.
Pets not allowed in the building.
Firearms not allowed in the building.
Bartender and security required for all events serving alcohol

Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
