Previously reserved for various events, such as children’s birthdays, private wellness gatherings, fundraisers, team-building activities, corporate appreciation events, custom photoshoots, private dinners, and more, this fully air-conditioned 2500 sq. ft. building boasts over 2000 sq. ft. of open floor space. The facility includes a sauna and cold plunge (please inquire before finalizing your booking) and three finished restrooms, each with its own shower. Daytime usage is dedicated to private fitness training

There are 3 large TVs that can be used for streaming video, pictures, presentations and more. Utilize them as training tools during a workshop, to provide fun slide shows during an event, to deliver a presentation deck during a corporate retreat and more. A high end sound system is perfect for playing music of your choice, streamed from your phone.

A large outdoor space not only provides plenty of room for parking, also the perfect spot to setup outdoor activities. Others have used the outdoor space for:

Host rules

1) No loud noises (music, yelling, noise creation devices, etc.)
2) We are not able to make exceptions to the booking policy due to weather, sickness, or any other reason. If you are planning an event which will take place outdoors in part or in total, please make necessary contingency plans (tent rental, etc.)
3) No smoking indoors (cigarettes, cigars, hookah, etc.) A $500 charge will be assessed if this rule is violated.
4) No filming of adult / X-rated content.
5) No cooking. Grilling outdoors is allowed. Guests may provide their own grill or rent a grill from the Host.
6) No glassware in or near cold plunges or saunas (for safety reasons)
7) No confetti, glitter, mini beads, or other similar small items which are difficult to clean up. A minimum $250 charge will be assessed if any of the above are used.
8) No hanging of items on walls, using pushpins, tacks, or similar items on walls, or otherwise altering or modifying the space. A minimum $250 charge will be assessed if this rule is violated.
9) No pets or service animals. If you have an exceptional circumstance such as needing an animal as part of a production, please inquire ** BEFORE ** booking. A $500 charge will be assessed if this rule is violated.
10) Food trucks are allowed but must be approved in writing at least 7 days before your event. Unapproved food trucks will be turned away and/or event will be cancelled without refund at hosts sole discretion if this rule is violated.
11) Setup of any furniture, props, or other items must be done during booking time. Host reserves the right to move any items left after booking to another part of the property and assumes no liability for loss or damage. Additionally a minimum of a $500 fee will be assessed ** per item ** that is left overtime. If leaving the items interferes with another booking an additional fee will be charged proportional to the damages incurred by the future booking.
