Your booking begins at your start time and ends at your end time.

We expect you to be cleared out of the building by your booking end time.

Late charges occur right after rental end time and will be charged by the hour until everyone has fully exited the building.

There is no smoking or vaping allowed.

No children will be allowed if alcohol is being served

Additional charges will apply If the room is left with damage, trash, spills etc.

Guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in.

Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves.

Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours.

Please take great care of our space.

No nails, screws, staples, penetrating items, tape, any gummed backing material should be used on our walls.

No glitter or confetti allowed.
