Podcast Room with brand new equipment, ready for your live stream/broadcast. Food and drinks must be stored away from the equipment. DJ set up for live mixing and radio broadcasting. 4K Cameras in different angles to capture the essence.
Noise must be kept at a minimum from 8am-6pm Monday-Friday.
Do not move equipment outside the studio space without notifying an employee.

Venue deposits are non-refundable.
Guests may arrive 30 minutes before RENTAL time to access Event Space.
Alcohol is allowed on the premises and should include a Bartender add-on must have TABC
The consumption of alcohol by minors is strictly prohibited.
Guests are allowed to add décor and furniture on-site. The request of such may be allowed with an additional fee.
No driving/parking on the grass except for designated parking lots/areas.
No vehicles may be left overnight

Venue rental times include setup and breakdown time. Music must end by 2:00 am to comply with Venue Sound Ordinances and in order to allow for clean-up and closure of the site by 1:00 am.
All cleanup will be completed before your venue rental time expires. Additional time will be charged at $150 per hour billed by the hour. A $150 cleaning fee will be applied if cleanup is not done.
MoCity Studios is open to the public on weekends. Closing time to the public is 2:00 am on Saturdays and 1 am on Sundays.
No large flames or smoking on-site allowed. Smoking is allowed in designated areas only (Outside)
No confetti, Birdseed,- please no plastic confetti, stars and silk flower petals, no glitter!!!
ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR EXCESSIVE VENUE MAINTENANCE: The guest shall be responsible for an assessed Excessive Venue Maintenance Fee. Fees will be assessed to the credit card on file or sent to Zelle and a detailed invoice will be completed. Fees shall be determined by the addition of any outsourced professional service rates (i.e. commercial property cleaners/plumbers, painters, etc.), Hourly Deep Cleaning, and the adjustment of returning the venue and all furniture and décor into its original state by our housekeeping staff at $100.00 an hour.
The Client is responsible for all guests attending the event.

Welcome to our multipurpose creative studio, a one-stop-shop for all your artistic and event needs.
We offer a music studio, lounge room, podcast room, and photography set with backdrops. The main room has 1000 sqft of flexible space with a capacity of 150 standing or 65 seated guests. The venue features high ceilings, tile floors, and in-house chef/bartender services.
Whether you're planning a birthday party, reception, baby shower, fashion show, photo/video shoot, wedding party, dinner party, music performance, game night, reunion, networking event, team meeting, or a class/workshop, our venue has got you covered.
The main room of our space spans 1000 square feet, providing ample space for your event. With its open layout, it offers flexibility in arranging seating, tables, and lounge furniture to suit your needs. The high 15-foot ceilings add an airy and spacious feel, enhancing the overall atmosphere.
Our venue can comfortably accommodate 150 people in a standing room setup, making it ideal for lively and energetic events. If you prefer a seated arrangement with chairs and tables, we can accommodate up to 65 guests. For a more relaxed setup that includes lounge furniture along with tables and chairs, we can comfortably seat 40 individuals.
The venue features a dedicated bar area, although please note that liquor is not included. This allows you the freedom to personalize your beverage options according to your preferences.
The recording studio is equipped with the industries top of the line equipment available for creating audio projects. The spacious room gives comfort for multiple people to utilize and create music majic. We have Neon floor lighting and coo wall in booth to enjoy.
Our recording studio is equipped with top-of-the-line equipment, including Pro Tools, Apollo, and Townsend microphones. Come and unleash your creativity in our inspiring space!
