Walk into a beautiful modern farmhouse meets industrial and down the aisle to a gorgeous oversized rustic arch with seating arranged.
Arch and seating for the ceremony are set up before the event. A sound system for the playlist is included and the coordinator will help the bride prepare and walk down the aisle with or without the wedding party.
The art wall outside is a photographer's dream and will capture your city and modern vibe.
Minutes from Downtown, The Heights, River Oaks, and Montrose/ central and close for out-of-town guests to experience more of what Houston has to offer during their stay and many restaurant options down the street. Whimsical, modern, and artistically designed.

- Full use of the Building and Grounds For a Contracted Amount of Time.
- Front and Rear Parking Lot. Complimentary to all guests and Vendors.
- Valet Parking is Not Required.
- Use of our Tables and Chair Inventory: // Custom Zinc Rectangles // 100 Folding Chairs. Setup of Studio B HTX Inventory Provided.
- Upon Contract Signing, you will be given access to our complimentary online layout program, AllSeated, for designing table and chair layouts. Layout consultations are also available upon request with Venue Managers.
- Full use of décor inventory: LED Candles; (2) Outside Chalkboards; Assortment of Glass Vases, Velvet Blue Ropes with Stanchions.
- Onsite Bridal Lounge complete with mirror, makeup station, ice buckets, and glasses.
- Onsite Venue Managers (please note that these individuals are not Wedding or Event Planner-this will need to be booked separately).
- 1 Catering Prep area Kitchenette inside and Outdoor Catering Prep area with all necessary power supply (please note these are not equipped with any cooking equipment).
