Prices
Studio rentals require a 50% deposit (Full Payment for 1 hr rentals) to book and reserve your rental time. All fees must be paid prior to the start of your session. Fees for additional time or any other service add-on(s) that were not billed during the initial booking will be due at the end of the rental.

Host rules
No smoking is allowed in the studio. Projects involving smoke must have prior consent of a company representative.
Music is to be kept at reasonable levels.
No one will be admitted who is under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances.
No pets allowed without prior consent of a company representative.
All small and/or hard to clean material (confetti, hair cutting, feathers, food products, body paint, etc.) require approval from company representative. Cleaning fee may apply.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period

What initiated as a beautiful space for creative content projects has since grown into one of Houston’s creator culture incubators. A natural light creator studio and unique space for events, art galleries, pop-ups, and all types of inspirations. We like to think of our all-inclusive space as a work of art itself. Modern, bright, and designed for versatility, it combines a modern feel with industrial flair to provide the ideal space for creative projects, photography, receptions, business events, pop-ups, workshops, and so much more.
