Minimum booking duration:

Rental Duration: Our standard event rental includes 3 hours of exclusive use of the entire hall between 6AM-10PM
Additional Time: $150 per hour or $80 per half-hour, subject to availability.
Security Deposit: A $500 refundable security deposit is required and will be returned within 48-72 hours after inspection once event has ended. A $200 non-refundable cleaning fee applies if not left clean.
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $200 is required to secure your event date. This deposit will be applied toward the total rental fee. Please note that due to the limited availability of the space and the nature of event planning, all deposits are final and non-refundable under any circumstances. If you need to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.
