With easy access to the backyard through multiple entrances, the space is perfect for gatherings, photoshoots, and more. The backyard and first floor are available with booking, and larger outdoor events (50+ guests) are welcome.
Swimming in the indoor pool is permitted with a certified lifeguard on site, and furniture removal is available for an additional fee. This venue provides a flexible and functional space, ideal for a wide range of occasions.

We offer full-service event packages, including table design and setup, event photography, signage, and staffing for up to 50 guests.
Pricing:
Bronze Package (up to 20 guests): $3,600.00
Silver Package (21-32 guests): $4,600.00
Gold Package (33-50 guests): $5,600.00

Note: For Studio Space, guests are only allowed to use the studio space and bathroom.
