With our ample space, our home is perfect for photoshoots, interviews, and intimate dinner parties. It offers lots of natural light and beautiful decor.
Our 3,500 sq ft space is located in Elizabeth NJ.

Host rules
- No early access allowed. Booking starts exactly at start time, no earlier.
- Silverware, plates, or glasses are not a part of the rental therefore they should not be used
- No smoking in the home
- No parties
- No pets are allowed on the property
- No loud music after 8 pm
- Guests must provide additional insurance and valid permits for all vendors
- Rental time does not include setup and teardown time please plan to book additional time if set is required
- Guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking
- The front door must be locked upon departure from the space, as well as the gate leading to the driveway
- The cleaning fee is not included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in
- Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves
- Guests must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time into your booking hours
- No shoes or standing is allowed on furniture during booking
- All garbage must be taken off the premises once the reservation is over
- Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples, or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed.
- Guests will be responsible for any damages to furniture or property (stains, spills, rips, tearing of fabric, scratches or broken furniture)
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
