Rental Rates:
Refundable Security Deposit (required): $250
The deposit is due at the time of booking. Rental fees are due no later than 7 days before the event. The deposit will be refunded within 10 business days following the event, provided all rental terms are met and no damage occurs.
Monday–Thursday Rentals:
• Standard Rate: $50 per hour
• Nonprofits/Bona Fide Clubs: $35 per hour
(Proof of nonprofit or club status may be requested.)
Friday–Sunday Rentals:
• Meeting Space Only: $350 flat rate
• Meeting Space + Freedom Kitchen: $500 flat rate
Refundable Security Deposit (required): $250
