RENTAL TERMS
Payment: Payment information is required to be on file at the time of making any reservation. Balance is due to be paid in full based on the terms identified below and is charged automatically on the due date. Credit Card payments incur a 2% fee according to section 5-2-212, Colorado Revised Statutes. ACH payments are accepted with no fee.
Set up/Clean up: Reservation time indicated on Rental Agreement DOES NOT automatically include time for setup or clean-up. For example, if your reservation begins at 9:00am and concludes at 11:00am you will be allowed to set up at 9:00am and space must be vacated at 11:00am. Please extend reservation time to account for setup and clean-up. Rental space should be left in the same condition in which it is found, including furniture setup.
Liability: Renter will reimburse Thrive Workplace for any broken and/or lost equipment or for any additional cleaning of space due to use of the Conference Room. Renter is responsible for the behavior of their invitees or guests and will remain in the designated area only. Renter will be liable for any physical damages, legal actions, and/or loss that Thrive Workplace may incur as a consequence of the actions of Renter or any guest of the Renter while Renter is in control of the space and shall indemnify and hold harmless Thrive Workplace against any and all legal actions which may arise from Renter’s and any Renter’s guests use of the venue. Thrive Workplace is a non-smoking venue.
Pet Policy: No animals, birds, or pets of any kind, excluding service dogs, shall be allowed within any Thrive conference room space.
Agreement Length: These terms and conditions will be upheld for all bookings, not limited to those listed below. Renter agrees to abide by these terms, including set up, liability, and payment for all future bookings.
Cancellation policy: Flexible with Grace Period
