Overtime charges apply for events that exceed the agreed rental period.
2. Capacity & Safety
Maximum guest capacity is 100. Exceeding this number is prohibited.
Fire exits must remain clear at all times.
No open flames or pyrotechnics unless pre-approved in writing.
Decorations
No nails, screws, staples, or tape on walls, floors, or ceilings.
All décor must be removed immediately after the event.
Confetti, glitter, or similar small particles are not permitted unless previously approved.
Alcohol & Food
Alcohol is BYOB
Caterers are welcome
Client is responsible for removing all leftover food and beverages.
Noise & Music
Music must comply with local noise ordinances.
DJs and live music must use venue-approved sound systems where required.
Cleaning & Damages
Basic cleaning is included, but excessive messes may incur a cleaning fee.
Client is responsible for any damages to the venue, equipment, or property.
Prohibited Activities
No smoking inside the venue.
No illegal substances or activities.
No animals, except for certified service animals.
9. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
Deposits are non-refundable. Refunds for other payments depend on cancellation date.
10. Liability
The venue is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
The client assumes liability for all guests and vendors during the event.
Cancellation policy: Flexible with Grace Period
