Manor 402 is North Texas' newest micro-venue, located less than an hour's drive north of Dallas in the heart of Aubrey, Texas. This enchanting venue combines rustic charm with modern elegance, offering an inviting atmosphere that's perfect for any celebration.
Set against a backdrop of lush hills and scenic landscapes, Manor 402 features a cottage-inspired architectural design and picturesque gardens. The cozy interior is tastefully furnished with comfortable seating, elegant artworks, and an abundance of lush plants.
Guests enjoy ample free on-site parking and the flexibility of indoor and outdoor event spaces, including a patio around a swimming pool. The venue provides all-inclusive packages, round tables, and chairs for up to 72 guests, a fully equipped kitchen, and even an outdoor fire pit.
Accessibility is not a concern, as the venue is at ground level. Additionally, the place offers three bedrooms for overnight accommodations, making it an ideal choice for creating lasting memories in a serene countryside setting.

About Manor 402
Manor 402, North Texas’ newest micro-venue, is set in the heart of Aubrey, Texas – less than an hour drive north of Dallas. The cottage was built in 1914 and has been rehabbed and opened up into a space that can accommodate small celebrations including rehearsal dinners, anniversary parties and showers as well as corporate lunches and meetings.
The place was founded on the idea of providing a comfortable space for intimate gatherings. Newly rehabbed and updated – this cottage style venue is the perfect place to gather for celebrations and joyful reunions. The open concept interior allows for gathering around the table and the enjoyment of good food. There are beautiful outdoor spaces as well and a patio around the pool that provide multiple options to create the perfect event.
This is a great place for any celebration and the three bedrooms allow for overnight accommodations as well.
