Large room 50ft x 50ft w/4 skylights, 13' ceiling, steel trusses for uninterrupted space.
Middle room 25ft x 30ft original brick walls painted & unpainted, steel bars on window opening. Back room 25ft x 25ft, cinderblock and original bricked-in doorway plus an original wooden rolling door with steel bars. There is a wooden, built-in storage area in this space.
Space has electricity but no heat, air-conditioning or plumbing.
Vehicles do not fit through the exterior doors.
There are minimal flood lights in the main room and middle room. Normal operating hours end at 11:30pm. We do not allow check-in and set up after sundown for safety concerns.
Use of Blackbird Lofts roofdeck included in Warehouse rental.

10-15 guests $125/hr and above get entire parking lot for 10 cars and exclusive use of the roofdeck at Blackbird Lofts.

30-39 guests $300/hr

60-75 guests $550/hr

Any props that require attachment to the walls must be approved by the property manager.
It's an empty, gritty building, so it's hard to mess up. As long as there is no damage and no additional cleaning, we're pretty liberal.
No food allowed unless approved by owner.
No children under 16 unless approved by owner
Animals allowed with prior approval.
