All Venue Rentals Include:

- Essentials & Linens: Complete inventory of tables and chairs for all guests, paired with your choice of premium floor-length linens in Black, White, or Ivory.
- Exclusive Amenities: Full use of our custom designer bar area and our professional caterer’s prep kitchen.

Host rules
Rescheduling & Reinstatement
Clients may reschedule their event once at no additional cost, subject to availability. Any further requests to change the date will result in cancellation. To rebook a cancelled event, a $300 reinstatement fee is required. Unique Visions reserves the right to require this fee if an event is cancelled due to late or non-payment. All changes must be approved in writing.
Damage to Premises & Property
The Client is responsible for returning the premises and all property in the same condition it was delivered. Inspections will be conducted before and after the event. Any damages will be repaired by Unique Visions’ contractor of choice; the Client agrees to pay repair costs immediately upon receipt of an invoice. Additionally, a $250.00 property damage charge will be automatically applied to the credit card on file.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
There are NO REFUNDS. If you need to cancel, you may choose another date based on availability. 50% of all monies paid toward the cancelled event will be applied toward your new date.
Day-of Requests & Setup
The final floor plan (including table and chair counts) is confirmed during the final meeting/call. Any additional tables or chairs requested on the day of the event will incur an additional fee, due at the time of the request.
House Rules & Alcohol
No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises.
Alcohol Service: If alcohol is being served, a TABC-licensed bartender must be present and on duty.
