Rules of the space

Host rules

Studio Rules

* Staff may check in during your session.
* The studio is not soundproof. Keep volume low. No explicit music.
* Security cameras are in use at all times.
* No pornographic or boudoir content allowed.
* No one under the influence of drugs or alcohol is allowed inside.
* No smoking or vaping anywhere on site.
* No pets without prior approval.
* Breaking rules or being disrespectful will end your session with no refund and may result in a permanent ban.

Cleaning and Damage

* Leave the studio clean and reset everything to how you found it.
* Trash must go in the bins.
* No shoes on furniture.
* Lift furniture—don’t drag it.
* No open flames, confetti, glitter, smoke machines, dry ice, or similar materials without written approval.
* Candles must be in glass containers only.
* Cake smashes must be done on the provided clear panel.
* Going over your booking time by more than 15 minutes will incur cleaning and overtime fees.
* Any damage to furniture, props, floors, or equipment must be paid for.
* Dirty or damaged backdrops will incur a fee.
* You are responsible for monitoring your time and leaving the studio clean.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

* No refunds for cancelled bookings.
* You can reschedule up to one hour before your session. New date must be within 60 days of the original booking.
