Our 1,410 sq. ft. studio, located in Costa Mesa, CA, offers a convenient and accessible space just minutes from Orange County Airport, with quick access to the 55 and 405 freeways. At the heart of the studio is a large 3-wall eggshell cyclorama with a white ceiling, measuring 30 feet wide, 28 feet deep, and 12 feet high. With no windows or skylights, the space allows for precise lighting control, ideal for professional photo and video shoots. The studio is equipped with a 10'x10' roll-up truck door, a standard 36" entry door, multiple 20-amp outlets (9 total), and heating and air conditioning to maintain a comfortable working environment. Wi-Fi and a Bluetooth stereo receiver are available for connectivity, along with 8 marked parking spaces, 5 unmarked guest spots, and additional free street parking. Inside, you’ll find a dedicated makeup station, under-counter refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, sink, full-length mirror, clothing rack, 10 chairs, a shooting cart for monitors or laptops, and a private restroom. Equipment rentals include Canon cameras, grip gear, strobe and fluorescent lighting, and a selection of approximately 90 nine-foot backdrops available for an additional fee. The studio is versatile and suitable for a wide range of projects including photography, commercial shoots, e-commerce, music videos, interviews, talking heads, dance shoots, and automotive work involving cars or trucks. Please note the studio is not fully soundproof, and brief exterior noise may occur due to the nearby airport. For best use of space, we recommend a group size of 15 people or fewer. If needed, the cyclorama floor can be painted pure white for a \$130 fee. There is always a staff member on-site to greet you no passcodes or unattended entry and the studio is thoroughly cleaned after each use. Renter agrees to pay reasonable additional repair costs to bring damaged equipment back to working condition. Renter agrees to pay for damage to the Premises including spills, excessive wear, marks or stains on furniture, fixtures or painted surfaces.
CONDUCT Renter shall be solely responsible for the conduct and welfare of all persons accompanying Renter while on Company’s Premises.
It's a photo studio, so there is not much in the space that can be moved. It is a clean work environment.

Inside, the studio offers a well-appointed makeup station, an under-the-counter fridge, a Keurig coffee maker, a sink, a clothing rack, a full-length mirror, a shooting cart for computers, and a restroom for your comfort. Additionally, we provide 10 chairs for your convenience.
Should you require equipment, we offer Canon cameras, and you have a choice of lighting options, including strobe, or fluorescent lighting, as well as grip equipment.
Our studio is versatile and suitable for a wide range of purposes, including Photo Shoots, Commercial, E-Commerce, Music Video Shoots, Interviews, Talking Heads, Dance Shoots, and Cars & Trucks shoots.
Please be aware that the studio is not entirely soundproof, and you may hear occasional outside sounds, particularly from the nearby Orange County Airport. These disturbances are usually brief and should not significantly impact your activities. We recommend keeping groups to a maximum of 15 persons, as larger groups may find the space crowded.
If you require the floor to be painted to a pure white finish, there is a $130.00 fee for floor painting.
