Our event space is spread across two levels. There is seating for 80 guests and a maximum capacity of 100. The lower level provides a relaxed, 420-friendly environment. The top-level must remain smoke-free. The arrangement includes a VIP section for 11 people, stage access with a microphone, one hookah, a complimentary bottle, and a 3-liter drink tower.
Perfect for both formal dinners and celebration-style events. The space supports private parties, celebrations, and even wellness sessions. Free on-site parking is available. Security is required for certain bookings.

Overtime
* Overtime is charged.
* The space must be fully vacated, and all items removed by the end of your booking time.
* Setup and teardown time must be included within your booked hours.
Cleaning & Damages
* A standard cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate.
* Guests are required to leave the space in the same condition as found.
* All equipment, decorations, and rentals brought in must be removed by the end of the booking.
* No nails, screws, staples, or penetrating items are permitted on walls.
* All tape or adhesive materials must be fully removed.
* Any damages to walls, floors, furniture, or fixtures will be billed to the credit card on file.
Furniture
* Furniture can be moved but must be approved in advance.
General Rules
* No smoking on-site.
* No glitter, confetti, or similar materials.
* No open flames, frying, or any cooking that produces smoke, as the space is not ventilated.
* Mandatory security is required at the front door for certain events.
