- No smoking in the building.
- Outside food is allowed.
- Live bands and DJs are allowed.
- Ticketed events are not allowed.
- This venue can only be used for private children's events.
- No bouncers or standing in front of the main front door or the front of the building.
- Confetti or glitter is not allowed.
- Cooking on the premises is not allowed.
- Load in food/beverages, equipment, and/ or supplies directly through the back door.
- Please clean up and take out all garbage from your event.
- Please put the space back the way you received it, furniture and all.
- If any rules are broken, the event will be shut down, and no refund will be provided.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
