Thank you for your interest in hosting an event with us at Saddle Up @ Q. At Saddle Up @ Q we offer the best options for any type of party from a full venue private party to a semi-private area. Whether you are hosting a wedding or a birthday party, you and your guests will be impressed with out expertly prepared food served by friendly folks in an attractive and comfortable country americana themed surrounding.

For groups up to 40 guests, we have our Trolley Car. With access to our main bar and great views of the dance floor, our remodeled trolley car is perfect for your semi-private party.

Menu selections are to be finalized and paid in full no later than two weeks prior to the scheduled event.
Payments are to be made online by credit card, or over the phone. Final balances not paid ten (10) days
prior to event will be automatically charged to the credit card on file.

All food is served buffet style 30 minutes after event start time and will remain out for two hours. After two
hour buffet, food will be removed from the event space. Any food left unconsumed will be disposed of or
donated. Guests requesting to take home leftover portions must do so within the two hour buffet window
and will be charged a $25 packaging fee. Food will then be boxed and safely refrigerated until the end of
the event. All food must be taken home the night of the event.

Hosted bar tabs require a physical credit card along with a picture ID presented to the bartender upon
start of the event. Hosted tabs are subject to applicable sales tax and 20% service/gratuity fee. Balance of
the bar tab is due immediately upon completion of event.

No outside alcohol is allowed. No outside food is to be brought into venue with the exception of a
celebration cake. In the event that food or alcohol is brought in, guest(s) will be immediately asked to
leave and a fee of $500 will be charged to credit card on file. No warnings will be given.

General Event Policies
Rental Fee is required to reserve the date of your party. Payment can be made by credit card over the
phone or online. All events are 4 hours unless otherwise stated. Final guest count, menu selection and
paid balance required no later than two weeks prior to your event.
A 20% service/gratuity charge and sales tax will be added to all food and beverage charges. All prices are
subject to change without notification.

Venue Policies
Confetti is not permitted. All plates, napkins and utensils are provided. Host is responsible for take down
and collection of all items/decorations brought into the venue. Items left will be disposed of with nightly garbage removal. Management reserves the right to charge a $350 service fee for any damage incurred, disposal of leftover items and/or excessive clean-up.
Room/space will be set up with a basic layout. Guests are prohibited from moving tables.
