The Pavilion, which is a covered, heated, outdoor area, can accommodate up to 80 guests and has a beautiful, stone fireplace and private restrooms. This area is currently available from September 1st through May 30th.
For your information - for the Pavilion, we require a guarantee of 55 guests January through December.

ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES
State regulations: Clients or their guests may NOT bring food or beverages, alcoholic or otherwise, into Heroes West. This is in accordance to state regulations. A valid ID is required for all alcoholic purchases. No one under the age of 21 will be served alcoholic beverages.
MISCELLANEOUS FEES
All prices and policies are subject to change without notice. Heroes West provides table linens for your event at $10 per table. This fee can be waived if you wish to provide your own linens. Cake and/or other desserts may be brought in as long as they come from a licensed and insured store or bakery. Home made desserts are NOT allowed
A cutting and supply fee of $1.00 per person will also be applied for any outside desserts.
*No other outside food or drink items are allowed to be brought in*
SECURITY
Heroes West does not assume responsibility for damaged or loss of any equipment, materials, merchandise, or articles left on the premises prior to, during, or following an event.
DECORATIONS
Heroes West will not permit the affixing of any decorations, props, or other materials to walls, floors, chairs, or ceilings.
We do NOT allow confetti or glitter of any kind, including confetti balloons, to be used in any decorations.
If any of our terms or policies are violated, or if there are any damages to Heroes West property, your deposit will be forfeited and other fees may apply.

Our original Heroes West is located at 1530 Commerce Lane in Joliet and was established in 2007. This incredibly large restaurant and lounge is the perfect size for you to enjoy our made from scratch food, 38 tap drafts, live video gaming and all your favorite sports on our 45 Hi-Definition TV’s! Whether you want to dine in, dine outside, have a party catered or entertain in one of our private rooms, Heroes West Joliet can accommodate your every need!
