$125.00/hour for 51 to 100 guests
$150.00/hour for 101 to 150 guests
$180.00/hour for 151 to 200 guests

Decorations
Setup, interior design, and vendor drop-offs may take place two hours before commencement of event and cleanup may take place one hour after conclusion of event. Helium-filled balloons must be anchored. All balloons must be removed from the venue at the conclusion of the event. Failure to comply will result in a removal fee that is deducted from the security deposit. Glitter, confetti, rice, etc., may NOT be used. Use of listed materials will result in loss of security deposit.
Smoking inside buillding is not allowed. No outside alcohol is allowed.
Cancellation policy: Flexible with Grace Period
