Throop Studio offers 3,000 square feet of working space, equipped with an on-site prop room, grip gear, as well as high-speed wifi and TV monitors for remote viewing and conferencing.
You'll also have access to a dedicated production area with a computer station and printer, a conference room and an on-site studio manager available for the duration of your shoot.
Prices
Full-Day Rental - 10 hours
Overtime: $200 per hour (After 6PM on a full day shoot or after 10 consecutive hours)
Cleaning/Trash Service: $50/day
Delivery Charge: $75/per (Deliveries can be scheduled on a day prior to event day. Fee waived depending on studio schedule)
Prop & Surface Rental: $300/day. Multiple day rental discounted to $100/day for any additional days.

Host rules
No minors in the facility unless accompanied by such minor’s parent or legal guardian.
Client shall, before leaving the Studio unattended for an extended period of time, close and securely lock all doors and shut off all lights and other electrical apparatus.
Turn off all lights and other electrical apparatus.
No article deemed hazardous on account of fire or any explosives shall be brought into the facility.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
About Throop Studio
This is not your standard rental space. Originally built in the early 1900's with it's first owner being a cobbler, until it transitioned into a zinc foundry where it remained for over 50 years. The foundry was even rumored to cast oscar awards at this very spot!
We took over the building and underwent a major renovation bringing this little slice of history into a modern more open concept photography studio while maintaining it's industrial vibe.
We’ve been delighted to host a variety of amazing projects with some really creative clientele from around the country. This space is just waiting for your next production, wether it's photography, video, casting or whatever your needs.
