Host rules
- No smoking in the building: $250 fee;
- BYOB: basset certified bartender is allowed;
- No underage drinking: $250 fee;
- No confetti: $100 clean-up fee;
- No tape or decor on walls: $250 fee;
- No Outside Lingering: $250 fee;
- Guests must be off the property within 15 min for party ending;
- Children must be accompanied by an adult (every 3 kids accompanied by one adult): $150 fee;
- Exceeding space capacity (100): $250 fee;
- Any property broken (tables, chairs, wall repair, bathroom): $250 fee;
- TV(s) broken: $250/each.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
