About this space
This open area can fit up to 300 guests. It includes full access to the facility’s lounge, a large seating area with round tables, a coffee bar, and AV equipment. The space also includes ropes course elements and game stations that add an interactive element for groups!
Enjoy a casual layout and flexible configuration. This space is excellent for large gatherings, company events, and social celebrations. Your booking includes 30 minutes of team-building.

Reservations and Planning
* No advanced planning is needed beyond booking. Facilitators handle the event logistics.
Activity Customization and Physicality
* Some activities can be chosen by the group, but facilitators will finalize selections.
* Activities are tailored to match your group's physical ability level, from low-impact to athletic.
Alcohol Policy
* If using a caterer to serve alcohol, the server must be TABC certified.
* Group Dynamix must be listed on the caterer’s liability insurance.
* Alcohol consumption disqualifies use of the upper ropes course.
Waivers and Participation
* Signed waivers are required from all participants.
* Staff can adjust activities to include individuals with special needs.
Payment Terms
* Deposit is required to reserve the date; balance due on event day.
* Purchase Orders may be used in place of deposits.

About Group Dynamix
Our venue in Carrollton offers a 38,000 sq. ft. event center for team building and group-focused events. We have three unique spaces available: a private conference room, a large activity room, and our event center. Each area includes A/V equipment, tables, chairs, and access to coffee and refreshment stations.
For a milestone celebration, a company kickoff, or a strategy retreat, your group will also have the option to include high-energy team building led by our facilitators. Activities span ropes courses, zip lines, GaGa Ball, Foosball for 22, and more! We offer flexible setups to match your format, from seated sessions to active breakouts. Free parking is available onsite.
