Rental Hours:
NO ANIMALS OF ANY KIND
Rental includes setup and cleanup time. Overtime will be charged accordingly.
Events must start and end at the agreed-upon times.
Capacity
The maximum guest capacity must be respected. Please confirm your guest count ahead of time.
Food & Drinks
Outside catering is allowed with prior approval.
Alcohol is permitted only with proper licensing or agreement.
Noise Levels
Please keep music and noise at a respectful level. No amplified music is allowed after 10 PM.
Clean-Up
All belongings must be removed at the end of your event.
Basic cleaning is included, but additional cleaning fees may apply if the space is left excessively dirty.
Damages
Any damages to furniture, décor, or property will be charged to the renter.
A security deposit may be required depending on the event type.
Decorations
No nails, staples, or anything that damages the walls or furniture.
All décor must be removed at the end of the event unless otherwise agreed.
Conduct
Respectful behavior is expected at all times. We reserve the right to end any event due to misconduct.
Liability
Tulips and Sips is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

It started as a blend of two simple loves: flowers and coffee. Tulips and Sips is a cozy flower and coffee shop in Williamsburg. Guests can relax, enjoy Latin American coffee, and admire fresh flowers.
The space feels like a warm living room. The scent of coffee and blooms is all around. It fits 40 people — great for small events like brunches, birthdays, workshops, or business gatherings.
