1. Booking & Payment: Reservations must be made in advance via https://shorturl.at/MqkUS. Full payment is due upon booking.
- 1 Hour: $50/hour
- 4+ hours: $45/hour
- 8+ Hours: $40/hour
2. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations require 24-hour notice for a full refund; otherwise, a $50 fee applies.
3. Capacity: Maximum 30 people (including instructors/participants) to ensure comfort and safety.
4. Setup & Cleanup: Renters must set up and clean up within the booked time. Leave the space as found—remove trash, stack chairs, and wipe down tables/whiteboard.
5. No Damage: No nails, tape, or adhesives on walls. Report any damage immediately—renters are liable for repair costs.
6. Noise Levels: Keep noise reasonable (discuss use of amplified sound with us) to respect neighbors.
7. Prohibited Items: No smoking, alcohol, or food/drinks (except water) in the room.
8. Equipment Use: PA system, audio mixer, projector and whiteboard available—use responsibly. Do not move or unplug equipment without permission.
9. Arrival/Departure: Arrive/depart within your booked slot. No early access or lingering outside reserved hours.
10. Supervision: Children must be supervised at all times. We are not liable for injuries or accidents.
