Our function hall rental highlights include a 70" flat-screen TV, impressive 12-foot ceilings, powerful speakers and subwoofers for an immersive sound experience, a Bluetooth/AirPlay surround sound system, professional lighting, tables, chairs, complimentary parking, free Wi-Fi, and the flexibility to bring outside food.

With a booming surround sound system and vibrant lighting, the atmosphere in this space is sure to create an incredible vibe. You have the freedom to rearrange the layout to suit your preferences and create the desired ambiance.

To enhance your event further, we offer additional services for a fee. These include photo booth rental, karaoke rental, smoke machine, a private makeup suite, microphones, tablecloths, and chair covers. These optional services can elevate your gathering and add a touch of uniqueness.

For optimal planning, we recommend booking either a 6-hour or 9-hour rental for all functions and events. A typical 6-hour rental includes 1-2 hours for set up, a 3-4 hour event, and 1 hour for breakdown and cleanup. A typical 9-hour rental includes 2 hours for set up, a 6-hour event, and 1 hour for breakdown and cleanup.

• No outside PA speakers allowed as each room has built-in surround sound systems capable of night club level volumes.
• Rental times includes setup and breakdown times. Please factor in prep, setup, and breakdown time when booking.


OVERTIME
Overtime will be billed in hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. Overtime is allowed and will be billed starting 15 minutes after the end of the booking in 60-minute increments. However, we may not be able to add on more time if there is another rental scheduled.

CLEANING / DAMAGES
Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours.

Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with the website.

No admission fee, cover charge, or ticket sales may be accepted by the Client for the event at the Facility. Moreover, the Facility is not a nightclub, bar, or concert venue. The Client should know each invited guest personally or be affiliated with them via a personal relationship. The Client acknowledges that the Client is responsible and personally liable for your guests' behavior while in the building, in the parking lot, and in the surrounding area of the Facility.
