Weddings, retreats, and large-scale celebrations typically include extended access, multiple event spaces, and on-site lodging, while corporate meetings and smaller gatherings may utilize select indoor or outdoor spaces for a shorter timeframe.

Host rules
Guests are asked to treat the space, buildings, and surrounding natural environment with care and respect. Events must conclude by 11:00 PM, and music or amplified sound must remain at a reasonable level in compliance with local ordinances; Vanderkamp reserves the right to adjust or discontinue sound if necessary. All decorations must be venue-approved and may not cause damage; nails, staples, tape, glitter, confetti, rice, and pyrotechnics are not permitted. Alcohol may only be served by Vanderkamp’s licensed provider with prior approval. All décor, personal belongings, and event materials must be removed at the conclusion of the rental period unless special arrangements have been made. Guests are expected to behave in a courteous and responsible manner, and Vanderkamp reserves the right to request the removal of any individual whose conduct is unsafe or disruptive. The Customer is responsible for any damages caused by guests or vendors, and all deliveries and vendor access must be coordinated in advance.
