2. A cleaning fee will only be charged if extra cleaning is required.
3. No smoking is allowed inside or outside the venue.
4. Do not use nails or screws on walls or ceilings. Use painter's tape to attach double-sided tape if needed.
5. For parties over 25 people, a Porta John may be necessary.
6. If you plan to serve alcohol, please discuss timing and serving areas with us in advance.
