About this space
This is an open-plan photo studio with a flexible layout and high ceilings. The space features polished concrete flooring, white walls, and exposed ductwork with track lighting.
Large windows and glass doors at the front provide natural light. The space includes backdrops, furniture and sets that change seasonally.

• A photographer is not included in the rental,
• Please do not shift sets and decor. We are a set-based studio & request that sets remain as pictured,
• No glitter, confetti, smoke bombs, or fog machines allowed,
• Set up and clean up time is not included. Book sufficient time to set up and clean up,
• Cleaning and studio reset fees will apply if rules are not followed ($150+ fees),
• A bluetooth speaker is available near the backdoor. Please keep the volume respectful,
• Do not hang your own paper backdrops on the mount located on the wall,
• Safety cameras must stay on for safety reasons. Please do not unplug or move them,
• Keep an eye on your children. If they break/damage it, you buy it,
• Respect the schedule. Leaving late or walking in on someone else's session may result in fees or being banned from the studio.
