About this space
Our open-plan house is bathed in natural light, featuring double-height 20-foot vaulted ceilings with exposed beams. It includes a state-of-the-art open kitchen, a brick fireplace, two bedrooms (guest and kids), and a bathroom.
Upstairs, the venue delivers an expansive master bedroom with a canopy bed, leading to a luxurious spa sanctuary designed in an open-concept style. The basement adds even more amenities and opportunities for shoots and events: an indoor gym, a media room, and a laundry room.
Prices
We rent our space for 4 categories: meetings, productions, events, and showrooms.
Each category has different minimum hours, pricing, cleaning fees, etc.
We always charge three mandatory standard fees: space rental, cleaning, and studio manager.
Tagvenue then charges around 8-10% in processing fees.
Please consult us for a quote specific to your booking needs.
IS THERE A CLEANING FEE?
Yes. We always clean the space before and after each booking. For multi-day bookings, we always charge for cleaning services after each check-out.
WILL THERE BE AN ON-SITE REP?
Yes. Fees are dependent on the number of hours.

A true white marvel, this space is a 3,500 sq. ft. modern retreat nestled on 1.75 acres in Amagansett, just a mile from the main beaches.
Amenities include a marble bathroom with a double sink, an open spa area featuring a bathtub, vanity, and dressing areas, as well as two white brick fireplaces and a cozy lounge area.
Equally impressive, the outdoors boasts an inground gunite pool and a hot tub/jacuzzi, an outdoor shower, a fireplace lounge, a sauna, and a spacious deck—all surrounded by lush greenery on 1.75 acres.
