Host rules

1. No food or drinks are allowed in the Main Hall.
• Food can only be consumed in the kitchen area or outdoor spaces.

2. All equipment (e.g. PA system, projector, LCD screen, etc.) must be handled with care.
• Only authorized persons may operate AV systems unless technical support is requested.

3. No smoking or vaping is allowed anywhere inside the premises.

4. Please return all chairs and tables to their original positions after use, unless setup/teardown has been arranged.

5. No Footwear is allowed in the venue.

6. Decorations are allowed, but do not use nails, strong adhesives, or anything that damages walls or surfaces.

7. Children must be supervised at all times.

8. The venue must be vacated promptly at the end of your booking time to avoid overtime charges.

9. Any damages or excessive mess may result in additional cleaning or repair fees.

10. No pets allowed unless approved in advance (e.g. for service animals or special needs.

11. No religious content or practices are permitted in the venue. (Please check with us)

The Ascent Room is an adaptable and comprehensively outfitted event space in Singapore, for gatherings of 200 pax.
