Rules of the space

Host rules

1. No illegal activities as per Singapore law; any violations will be reported to the police.
2. No smoking on the premises.
3. Please keep the speaker volume lower than 70% of the full sound range; no instruments are allowed. You must close the door when playing music and keep your voice down after 10 PM. If neighbors complain to security about loud noise, you will need to stop immediately with no refund, as all guests must follow building rules.
4. Do not write on or place any stickers on the mirrors. Be careful with the mirrors; if they are damaged, you will need to pay for the repair and compensate us for any loss.
5. Please check all of your belongings in the studio after you finish, as we cannot assist with this.
6. Remember to switch off all lights and the air conditioner when you leave the studio.
7. No eating in the studio is allowed; you may drink water, but please ensure you do not make the floor dirty. Failure to do so will result in a fine.
8. Do not touch any costumes or decorations in the studio that do not belong to you.
9. Please do not wear hard-soled shoes that may damage the floor. Latin dance shoes or high heels are not permitted. Ensure that your sports shoes are clean when you enter the studio.
