Rules of the space

Host rules

Our therapy rooms are designed to provide a safe, private, and professional environment for wellness practitioners to conduct therapeutic sessions with their clients. All users must be certified/accredited professionals in their respective wellness/therapeutic field and may be required to submit documentation upon request. In booking and using the therapy rooms, all users agree to the following:

1. Permitted Use
The therapy rooms are strictly intended for the following purposes:
(a) One-on-one or group consultations conducted by qualified wellness professionals, including but not limited to psychologists, psychotherapists, counsellors, nutritionists, yoga therapists, occupational therapists, and other mental health or wellness practitioners.
(b) Therapeutic sessions involving talking therapy, coaching, somatic practices, mindfulness, integrated yoga (mat-based), or nutrition counselling.
(c) Assessment or evaluation sessions involving wellness-based or psychological assessments that do not require medical equipment or invasive procedures.
(d) Supervision or mentoring sessions between professional practitioners related to wellness practice.
(e) Conduct of courses and workshops with small group of participants (max 12).

2. Prohibited Use
The rooms must not be used for:
(a) Medical procedures, diagnostics, or treatments that require a medical license or equipment beyond basic wellness tools (e.g. stethoscopes, ECG, acupuncture needles).
(b) Commercial activities not related to client therapy, such as product sales, general meetings, or administrative office use.

4. AO Psychology Rights
AO Psychology reserves the right to:
(a) Decline or cancel room bookings that do not align with the intended use of the space.
(b) Request proof of qualifications or credentials before confirming a booking.
(c) Remove or ban users who violate these terms or conduct activities that compromise the therapeutic environment of the premises.
