Host rules
- No smoking in the building (kindly proceed out of the building to the designated smoking area)
- Outside catering is allowed but to clear the set up before the end of the booking session
- Bring your own alcohol and drinks
- No illegal activities
- All damages to the premise by the guest will be charged to the person who booked
- Deposit of $200 required for every booking
- No cleaning fees charged, however in the event that the premise is left in a mess or extremely dirty (beyond reasonable condition), a $150 will be deducted from the deposit.
- To keep the premise clean and dispose of any rubbish at the level 1 main rubbish chute
- No loud music
- The operator will not be held responsible for any injuries or whatsoever claims for the usage of the premise

Ju@Ubi offers a unique single-floor layout of 1,400 sq ft, perfect for events of all kinds. The space accommodates up to 60 seated adults and can be customised to suit your event setup needs. Photo studio, meeting/product launches, celebrations, and baby showers are all welcome!
