Check out the curated cocktail menu by mixologist, Louis Tan, formerly of L'Aiglon and Burnt Ends Bar, and sip on the Southeast Asian-inspired cocktails, crafted to transport you to different parts of the region. This is also where you can savour the refreshing small-batch gelatos and sorbets churned by Selva Foods, or try our hot dog menu developed by chef Gabriel Cher (ex Potato Head and Sky Lido head chef).
