Host rules

RULES BY KOLOUR:

- No smoking allowed in the studio.

- No moving of our plants outside of the studio.

- No removing of our fixtures such as curtains, cupboards, shelving etc.

- You are allowed to reconfigure the furnitures, however, all furniture must be shifted back to its original position upon handover of the studio to us.

- Please do not consume any food or beverage belonging to Monti Studios found in the fridge, cupboards or kitchen. These food items are used as props and are inedible.

- Please restore our studio to its original condition when your booking ends.

Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period

Vennue is just as how it's shown in pictures except that maybe the decor pieces have moved but Almanda is pretty flexible in having you rearrange it to your liking as long as it is returned to its original places. It is also really spacious, I hosted around 17 people and I would say there's still plenty of space to put food, set up game stations and there was 3 parking lots outside reserved for the guests of Kolour which is convenient for my guests. Overall it was a pleasant venue, facilities work fine and Almanda has been really kind throughout.
There are a lack of chairs (only the couch and 6 stools avail) so that's a bit of an inconvenience as I had to either rent or bring my own which I did the latter and just a personal preference but it would have been nice for photos if the lights were dimmable and of warm light but it's more of a on/off white light so the photos didn't turn out as high quality as I wanted but it's just a personal preference and I don't think it'll be an issue for everyone.

Super responsive, friendly and Helpful owner! The place is also really big and beautiful, many of my guests praised the venue. It’s also located in a quite Central Area and it’s on the ground floor so easy for wheelchair access
Would have liked it if the fridge was cleaner since we were storing our cakes and drinks inside. But still ok I guess

Venue was clean and well-maintained! Lighting was great for photos. Studio was well-equipped w the necessities. Almanda was very helpful throughout the entire booking process. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a venue to host parties :)
