- For bookings that are more than 2 hours-15 minutes will be given before & after the event for setting up & cleaning/tidying the space without charges.
- Should the event overrun by 30 minutes or more, it will be chargeable as a booking cost.
- The space will only be accessible 15 minutes before the actual booking time.
- In the event that the space's furnishing, flooring/carpet, equipment/items are damaged or dirtied due to misuse, abuse or negligence, the cost will be borne & charged to the client.
