Allowed events

Host rules

1. No smoking in the building
2. No pets within the premises
3. Shoes are not allowed in the venue
4. CCTV is in use for security & safety reasons, do not cover any of the cameras. All illegal activities will be reported to the authorities.
5. Venue should be reasonably tided up by the end of the event, an additional cleaning fee will be imposed for failing to:
-Decors and party poppers must be removed
-Any spillage or mess to be cleaned up
-Clear all trash to the bin at the loading/unloading lift lobby
-Furniture must be returned to the original position
6. Charges apply for any damage or loss of items. In the event that the cost of repairing or replacing any damages item(s) is in excess of the security deposit, renter has to bear the full cost.
7. Leave the event space on time unless prior confirmation has been sought. Additional charges apply for overstaying.
9. Please ensure that all air con and lights are switched off and the door is securely locked upon leaving and returning the space.
10. Please ensure that all belongings have been taken after leaving the space. We will not be responsible for any of your loss of belongings.

Conveniently situated along Aljunied Road. Our venue is just 500m from Mattar MRT station, with a bus stop located right outside the building, and parking available onsite. Your guests will find getting here a breeze.

The main room features functional counters and a blank wall, perfect canvases for you to decorate! Kids will love the built-in ball pit play area, while adults can enjoy the elegant dining room, which can be separated from the main area with a glass door for a more intimate setting.
