TERMS & CONDITIONS (a)The hirer can use any caterer of their choice. The hirer shall liaise directly on all catering matters with EA and inform EA of their choice of caterer. (b)The hirer will be required to clear all set-ups (if any) from the facilities by the stated end time. (c)No asset or fitting shall be removed or replaced from the facilities without EA’s prior approval. (d) The hirer shall not put up any decoration or signage on the walls, ceilings, furniture or fittings without prior approval from EA. (e)Upon approval, the hirer shall be fully responsible for any damages caused during the putting up and taking down of the decorations and signage. All decorations shall be removed immediately after the function, otherwise, EA reserves the right to remove and dispose these decorations with the hirer bearing any cost incurred. (f) Usage of double-sided adhesive tapes, all kind of glue and inserting of nails, staples or thumbtacks are strictly not allowed. On condition, only blue tack and low adhesive scotch tape are permitted. (g) The hirer of any premises shall take good care of and shall not cause any damage or permit any damage to be caused to the premises or any part thereof to any fitting, equipment or other property therein.
(h) The hirer shall pay for any damage (including any accidental damage) to the premises caused by negligence by himself, his employees, agents or any person resorting to the premises by reason of their use by the hirer. (i) EA must be informed, upon confirmation, of any electrical equipment to be use during the period of hire. (j) Car park lots are limited. The hirer shall ensure that parking for himself, his employees, agent or any person is managed properly so that there is no discriminate parking by them. (k) When the event is held in an area where smoking is prohibited by law, the hirer fully indemnifies EA in respect of all damages or action brought against him/her arising from any offences by the hirer or by his/her guests (more
