7. Computers, desks, chairs, telephones, and other office equipment provided by the leased site shall be in good condition. In case of damage, the Company reserves the right to deduct the corresponding cost from the deposit.
8. It must be kept clean, and garbage must be cleaned up and packed in a garbage bag before ending the lease.
