It’s our pleasure to have you craft your vision here. Also here are some house rules and information to help you.



1. Door Access

In case you get locked out, the unique passcode will be provided a day before your shoot / event

Please leave the door locked



2. Cleanliness

Please keep the studio clean and clear your trash at the end of the day

There are new trash bags in the cabinet under the pantry mental table, please replace the bag in the trash bin when it’s full and do not pour any liquids into the bin to avoid leaking

In case of spilt drinks, There are mops and brooms in the store room

The management may impose a cleaning fee if the place is left in a mess



3. House Rules

Please remove footwear before entering the studio

Smoking is not permitted in the studio, please smoke outside the studio

Only grip equipment (ie. c-stands, light stands and clamps) are allowed to be used. Please seek permission if you require to rent our lights and camera equipment

Please use the cargo lift to bring up equipment as the landlord doesn’t allow cargo to be loaded using the passenger lift

You are welcome to park at the 8th floor and unload outside the studios drive up at the 7th floor

Kindly return the studio in the original state before checking out

Remember to turn off lights and aircon before leaving

Second floor is strictly out of bounds



4. Damages or Missing Items

The hirer is liable to bear the cost to replace or repair any missing or damaged items

Please report any damages to the management
