Prices
Lounge rental is charged based on the confirmed event duration, number of attendees, and event requirements.
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by One&Co.
A 50% non-refundable booking deposit is required upon confirmation to secure the reservation.
The remaining balance must be paid before the event date.
The booking deposit will be offset against the total event charges.
Any extension beyond the confirmed booking period will be charged at the prevailing hourly rate, subject to availability.
Setup and teardown time must be included within the confirmed booking duration.
External vendors, including caterers and event facilitators, are allowed but must be coordinated and managed by the client.
Catering arrangements must be discussed and approved in advance.
The client is responsible for the conduct of all attendees and vendors during the event.
Any damage, additional cleaning, or charges arising from the event will be billed separately.
Cancellation or rescheduling requests must be made in writing and are subject to One&Co’s approval and availability.
