Host rules
1. All prices quoted are subjected to 10% service charge and 9% GST.
2. 50% Deposit required for event confirmation at least 14 days before event date.
3. Logistics charges shall apply removal, storing and reinstatement of bar furniture, and is not part of minimum amount.
4. No outside food or drinks are allowed unless approved in advance by management (e.g. birthday cakes).
5. Decorations and setups must be discussed beforehand. Only removable or non-damaging décor (balloons, banners, flowers) is permitted.
6. Damage to furniture, sound systems, or lighting will incur repair or replacement charges.
7. No smoking indoors — a designated smoking area is available outside the venue.
8. Live band and music volume are managed by Terra Moon staff to comply with mall and licensing regulations.
9. Management reserves the right to refuse entry or service to intoxicated or disorderly guests.
