Welcome to our bright, adaptable studio - a comfortable space for workshops, meetings, and creative sessions. The layout is flexible, with movable tables and chairs to suit different activities. A projector setup is available on request, and the studio includes a sink, a water refill point (cold, warm, and hot), toilet access, and Bluetooth speakers.
Please note:
Air conditioning operates Mon–Sat, 9 AM–5:30 PM. Evenings and Sundays have no AC; a fan can be provided, but windows remain closed. The space is ideal for relaxed activities but may feel warm during high-intensity use.
Parking is seasonal under the building, with more nearby at St. Joseph’s Church and Waterloo Centre. Elevators run until 10 PM, and stairs are always open.
Suitable for 1–20 participants. Inquiries are welcome.

Hi! We have a versatile space for meetings, workshops, yoga, and creative classes. Our 4th-floor studio at 135 Middle Road offers a spacious, flexible environment perfect for your evening activities.
We are in a prime location, within a 5-8 minute walking distance between Bencoolen MRT, Bras Basah MRT, and Bugis MRT.

Central air conditioning is only on during working hours (Mon–Sat, 9 AM–5:30 PM). Evenings and Sundays have no AC. A fan can be provided, but windows cannot be opened. Comfortable for workshops, meetings, or gentle yoga; high-intensity activities may feel warm.
Parking is seasonal under the building, but there's plenty of parking around the area. (St Joseph's Church, Waterloo Centre)
Elevators shut off at 10 PM, but stair access is always available.
We welcome inquiries regarding various uses and can comfortably accommodate 1 to 20 participants.
