- The renter is responsible for any damage to the property or equipment during the rental period. Costs for repair or replacement will be billed to the renter.
- The renter is required to leave the space in a clean and orderly condition. Additional cleaning charges may apply if the space is left untidy.
- The renter agrees to comply with all local laws and regulations during the use of the premises.
