Since 2008, our Palais outlet has been a little hideaway along Orchard Road. Tucked inside Palais Renaissance, it’s cosy but stylish, with both indoor and outdoor seating. This was the first PS.Cafe to serve our truffle fries, which are still a favourite today. The menu covers the PS. classics you’d expect, plus a few dishes you’ll only find here — like the Kimchi Reuben and Grilled Snapper & Greens. There’s also a full bar and a dessert counter that many guests say is hard to walk past without stopping.
