Although we did not go through with our booking Amelia was very quick with her responses and was always on hand to help and answer all the questions I had.
Excellent communication.
I rented this venue for our Christmas party. The staff was acting really unprofessional & the security had a fight between each other witch made our guests uncomfortable. The venue stopped letting in guests that was on the guestlist/had bought tickets for our events too early. Really bad experience in the end and we ended up loosing a lot of money.
Hasn't responded, unhelpful
Nobody has contacted me to return my money in spite of many, many, many emails to them! Terrible and very disappointing.
